Building the Team
Tim provides strategic leadership and guidance on the employee journey, with the goal of creating a more inclusive and engaged workforce. His department is responsible for all facets of talent management, from outreach and recruiting to onboarding, performance management, training/employee development, and exit. Tim also leads recruiting for our AbilityOne contracts. Since joining PRIDE Industries in 2021, Tim has led a company-wide project to launch our refreshed Core Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Tenacity, and Innovation; and developed and implemented strategies to increase and speed up hiring, while improving the employee experience.
A Legacy of Leadership
Before joining PRIDE Industries, Tim led the talent acquisition and human resource functions of such well-known companies as AutoZone, Ross Stores, and Cost-Plus World Market. He was one of only 11 inaugural commissioners to establish the professional certification system for members of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the world’s largest HR organization devoted to human resource management.
Sports and Service
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University, where he was on the track and field team and participated in the NCAA Division II National Championships. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve as an enlisted soldier.
