Katie is responsible for driving strategic and operational procurement activities in support of all aspects of PRIDE Industries’ business operations. She and her team ensure effective spending and contract management, providing greater value to customers while balancing policy, risk, compliance, and supplier engagement.

A Wealth of Knowledge

With over 25 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and operations, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in strategy, transformation, and process improvement to her role every day. Before joining PRIDE Industries, Katie consulted with the University of California Office of the President, where she designed and implemented key strategic initiatives in procurement excellence and integrated project management. Her career spans multiple industries, including higher education, manufacturing, technology, industrial distribution, and retail.

A Recognized Leader 

Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Affairs and has earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Contracting, and Negotiations. Katie is also an active contributor to the procurement community, serving on the Institute of Supply Chain Management Thought Leadership Board, and has been recognized with prestigious awards like the Future of Sourcing Award by Sourcing Transformation and the PEAK Procurement Excellence Award. A fan of the arts, Katie can often be found at a live concert or art fair. She’s also an avid hiker and a loyal Sacramento Kings fan.
