Mary Flores is Vice President of Custodial and Environmental Services for PRIDE Industries’ non-federal facilities management business. Formerly, she served as Chief of Staff for the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operations strategy and governance, as well as managing the operations portfolio of PRIDE Industries’ many services. She has been with PRIDE Industries since 1993 and has served in multiple strategic and operational roles during her tenure, contributing substantially to the company’s growth.
Mary has over 30 years of experience in federal contracts administration. Her extensive background in business operations includes overseeing pricing, negotiation, new business onboarding, management, and program optimization. In recognition of her many
accomplishments, Flores received the Sacramento Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award in 2015.
