Uniquely Qualified
Darelyn is a California native and has worked with PRIDE Industries for 27 years. Prior to joining PRIDE Industries, Darelyn worked as a counselor with injured workers seeking employment in new career fields. She also spent her early career in the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley. Since joining PRIDE Industries, she has held several leadership positions in both Operations and Workforce Inclusion.
Darelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree. She is a graduate of the Air Force Civilian Leadership training program and the Cornell University Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate program, among other post-graduate leadership certificate programs.
A Lifetime of Service
Darelyn is an active leader in the local community. She serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, and is an executive board member of Vacaville Christian School and the Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee. She also works closely with local legislative offices to advocate for people with disabilities, and was recognized by Congressperson John Garamendi as a Woman of the Year in 2022.
Darelyn has a passion for the outdoors, and now that her three adult children are living their best lives, she and her husband fill their leisure time exploring California’s trail system and raising service puppies.
