Healthcare Coverage Cost Transparency

Transparency in Coverage Rule

On November 12, 2020, the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the Treasury finalized the Transparency in Coverage Rule that requires health insurers and group health plans to create a member-facing price comparison tool and post publicly available
machine-readable files that include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services, including prescription drugs.

Please see the links below to access machine-readable files* as required by the 2020 Transparency in Coverage Rules. If you have any questions regarding your healthcare coverage cost, please contact a PRIDE Industries benefits specialist at benefits@prideindustries.com or call 800-550-6005.

*A machine-readable file is defined as a digital representation of data or information in a file that can be imported or read by a computer system for further processing without human intervention, while ensuring no semantic meaning is lost.
