What to expect during your initial call

When you call

You will speak directly with a Helpline representative so they can learn about your questions, challenges, and goals. You can expect this first conversation to take up to 30 minutes.

What happens next?

Depending upon your resource needs, the representative will ask if they can follow-up with you by phone or email within a couple days. These resources include training and skill-building opportunities, job placement, and other services set up for you to succeed.


Yes! Check out our job portal. It features a range of jobs for people with disabilities. You can search by category or location. Call us if you’d like one of our representatives to show you how it works.

Based on your unique situation and goals, we can advise you on job services, training, and employment. We can also introduce you to key agencies and helpful programs.

Workplace readiness is key. Together, we’ll help you develop important skills for jobs, vocations, and life. In addition, you can participate in various training courses throughout the year. These are linked to specific skills and industries.

If you’re 18 years or older, we can provide resource support as you achieve your goals. Call our Employment Helpline to learn more about job coaching, mentoring, paid internships, and vocational training. Learn more about our job preparation and placement programs. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work, we are ready to support former foster and at-risk youth.

No matter what you’ve been through, we can help you put the basics in place, starting with safe housing and other essentials. Together, we’ll ensure you know which organizations to contact for the right support. Then, once you’re settled, we’ll offer guidance for job training, placement and other services.
