Leah Burdick

Chief Growth Officer

“When we draw on everyone’s talents and abilities, we build a stronger workforce and a more vibrant community. It is a privilege to use the skills I’ve developed during my career to support PRIDE Industries’ mission and further our social impact.”

Growing the Brand

As Chief Growth Officer, Leah Burdick leads PRIDE Industries’ Corporate and Employer Brands, Marketing (corporate, recruiting, and lines of business), Public Relations, Proposal, Foundation, Growth/BD Support, and Helpline teams. She also develops partnerships with businesses, agency partners, and disability organizations for customer, mission, and candidate growth.

Since joining PRIDE Industries in 2020, Leah has boosted the company’s recognition, transformed its marketing and sales support function, spearheaded the launch of a new CRM system, expanded The Michael Ziegler PRIDE Industries Foundation, and launched the I AM ABLE Helpline, a one-of-a-kind employment helpline for people with disabilities and barriers to employment.

International Impact

A skilled marketer, Leah brings a formidable depth of experience to PRIDE Industries. She has launched startups, built more than 20 brands, managed teams on three continents, and led several multifaceted international projects to successful fruition. Before joining PRIDE Industries, Leah was Head of Global Marketing with Hudson RPO, an international, publicly traded talent solutions and recruitment outsourcing company, where she also built and led the organization’s employer brand service offering for clients like BMW and MINI. Prior to that, she was Head of Global Digital and CRM Marketing for its parent entity, Hudson Global, Inc. where she transformed the company’s lead generation practices. Leah launched and ran a digital marketing agency in Chicago that was named women-owned business of the year by a local chamber of commerce. Earlier in her career, she held multiple Vice President of Marketing roles within Jones Lang LaSalle, a Fortune 500 global commercial real estate firm. Leah got her start running projects for companies like Disney, American Airlines, and Scholastic Books at a New York City advertising agency.

Leah earned her Global Management MBA (with honors) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and Spanish from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
