Growing the Brand

As Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, Leah Burdick Corrigan leads PRIDE Industries’ Marketing, Customer Experience, Public Relations, Proposal, Helpline, and Foundation teams. In 2025, she has been charged with developing an innovation center for PRIDE Industries. Leah also develops new products, service offerings, and partnerships with businesses, agency partners, and disability organizations for customer, mission, and candidate growth.

Since joining PRIDE Industries in 2020, Leah has boosted the company’s recognition, transformed its marketing and sales support function, spearheaded the launch of the Customer Experience program, expanded The Michael Ziegler PRIDE Industries Foundation, and launched the I AM ABLE Helpline, a one-of-a-kind employment helpline for people with disabilities and barriers to employment that supports 3,000 people per year. She also conceived of and launched the I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair, an annual event that brings together candidates with disabilities and prospective employers. The I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair was awarded a Silver Stevie® American Business Awards® in the Cause & Green – Inclusive Event category in 2024. In addition, she led her team to launch the PRIDE Industries website, which earned a Gold Stevie® for its exceptional accessibility.

International Impact

A skilled global executive, Leah brings a formidable depth of experience to PRIDE Industries. She has launched startups, built more than 20 brands, managed teams on three continents, and led several multifaceted international projects to successful fruition. Before joining PRIDE Industries, Leah was Head of Global Marketing with Hudson RPO, an international, publicly traded talent solutions and recruitment outsourcing company, where she also built and led the organization’s employer brand service offering for clients like BMW and MINI. Prior to that, she was Head of Global Digital and CRM Marketing for its parent entity, Hudson Global, Inc. where she transformed the company’s lead generation practices. Leah launched and ran a digital marketing agency in Chicago that was named Woman-owned Business of the Year by a local chamber of commerce. Earlier in her career, she held multiple Vice President of Marketing roles within Jones Lang LaSalle, a Fortune 500 global commercial real estate firm. Leah got her start running projects for companies like Disney, American Airlines, and Scholastic Books at a New York City advertising agency.

A Passion for Service

Leah earned her Global Management MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing and Spanish from Binghamton University. Active in the community, Leah created and ran FosterCoalition.com, a volunteer public relations agency and online resource website for foster youth, foster parents, and those who wish to support children in foster care, for eight years. She has served on the boards of the Sacramento Family Justice Center, CHILL Sacramento, and the Northern California World Trade Center. Previously, Leah was recognized as an Angel in Adoption honoree by then Congressman Adam Schiff and the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute for her work in foster care. In 2025, Leah received the Executive Woman Award from NAWBO Sacramento, as part of their Outstanding Women Leaders (OWL) Awards. In 2024, she was recognized as Social Change Maker of the Year (Disability) by the Global Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and was named a C-Suite Award Honoree by the Sacramento Business Journal. In 2023, Leah was named to Comstock’s Women in Leadership: An Annual Salute to Extraordinary Women Breaking Barriers and Rising to the Top, and in 2022, she was a Sacramento Business Journal Women Who Mean Business honoree. Leah is an artist and co-producer of Palette and Pamper, a quarterly showcase featuring Sacramento-area artists and entrepreneurs. She enjoys yoga, meditation, and being a mom to her wonderful young son.Corr
