A Mission-Driven Leader

As President and CEO of PRIDE Industries, Craig has strategic responsibility for multiple lines of business, including electronics manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management, and integrated facilities management. He also leads the organization in expanding our disability employment services, including our many workforce inclusion initiatives. He is instrumental in growing and maintaining relationships with our employment and mission-based partners, enabling more companies to experience the benefits of an inclusive workforce and providing meaningful employment for thousands of people with disabilities every year.

A Distinguished Career

Before joining PRIDE Industries, Craig served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Southern California, one of the largest Goodwill organizations in the country. In partnership with the CEO, he helped expand the organization’s mission by focusing on revenue growth. As part of this effort, he modernized the operating group’s revenue channel expansion, which led to record-breaking EBITDA results and significantly expanded the organization’s impact.

As Founding Member of Goodwill Finds.com, Craig collaborated with leaders from the top Goodwills across the nation to launch the online platform, overcoming internal silos and creating a unified strategy. He then led a pivot to eBay, establishing Goodwill Southern California as a top seller on the platform.

Craig also served as Chairperson/CEO of Sport Chalet, Inc., a $400M, Los Angeles-based, publicly traded specialty retailer, doubling the size of the company while winning recognition as the nation’s most desired/respected retailer, earning ICSC recognition for creating a Retail Design Award NextGen store concept, and the Retail Info Systems Fusion Award for achieving cross-channel excellence online and in-store.

A Commitment to Service

Craig holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a Certificate in Public Company Governance from the University of California, Irvine. He actively serves on multiple boards and holds various business advisory roles:

  • Virco Mfg. Corporation, Nasdaq: VIRC- Board Member and Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee
  • Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission – Board Member and Member of the Finance Committee
