Kim Mayes

As Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, Kim Mayes leads PRIDE Industries’ human resources function and advances strategies that strengthen workforce growth, employee engagement, organizational performance, and PRIDE Industries’ people-first culture. She plays a key role in ensuring employees have the support, development, and resources they need to thrive while helping PRIDE Industries expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities and others who face barriers to employment.

A Distinguished Career

Kim brings decades of human resources leadership experience, including senior roles with increasing levels of responsibility at Intel Corporation, where she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources supporting Business Human Resources for the Technology Organization. Her experience spans talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, employee relations, workforce development, HR mergers and acquisitions, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.

Kim holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from National University, an M.A. in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and a certificate in Executive Women’s Leadership from the Stanford Business School. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California, is a past board member of A Step Beyond, and continues to serve on the Governance, Nomination, and Compensation Committee.
