Essential Services provided by PRIDE Industries

On March 19, 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom ordered all Californians to ‘stay at home,’ restricting non-essential movements to control the spread of the Coronavirus.

One exception is for employees who provide essential businesses as defined in the governor’s orders. The following PRIDE Industries programs are considered essential businesses:

• Airports custodial & other services

• Amazon recruiting services

• Courthouses (Judicial Council of California)

• Department of Defense essential services

• Base operating services

• Custodial services

• Landscaping services

• Shipboard provisioning services

• Pest control services

• Commissary services

• Custodial Services to Government Buildings (state, county, etc.)

• Federal Sites (California) all custodial and commissaries

• FOSSAC shipboard provisioning

• Healthcare production facilities

• Kitting and Warehouse Operations

• LA County ISD

• Lincoln Campus — 3PL services of computer components supporting the healthcare industry

• Military bases (all)

• NBVC pest control

• Placer County contract

• Prisons/Corrections Facilities (CMF and CHCF)

• Public Works Construction

• Roseville Headquarters Manufacturing (electronics operations & medical device mfg.)

• Transportation (under the Social Service exemption)

• Work Groups (Rite Aid)

Your management will communicate with you if your worksite SHOULD NOT report to work. In the meantime, we ask all PRIDE employees to continue reporting to work to support our customers and their essential business functions.
