I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair Draws 1,100+ Job Seekers

Over 1,100 job seekers with disabilities connected with over 40 inclusive employers at PRIDE Industries’ 3rd annual I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair. Held during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the event showcased the power of inclusive hiring and featured resume critiques, interview training, and accessibility services.

Our 4th annual I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair will be held in October 2026 at a large venue in the Sacramento area. Stay tuned for more details!

This is your chance to explore various open positions in different industries. You can even get help with your resume, along with expert advice on interviewing techniques.

And if you want to learn more about the employment services you qualify for, you can speak to advisors from the California Department of Rehabilitation, Alta California Regional Center, and other government agencies.

What to Expect

Over 40 companies are seeking to fill open positions in facilities maintenance, business administration, and a range of other specialties.

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature at this year’s I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair—on-site interest forms for the jobs you want! As you meet with employers and explore exciting opportunities, you’ll collect
I AM ABLE Connect Cards for the positions that interest you. Once you’ve collected your cards, head over to the Cyber Café, where our knowledgeable staff will help you complete and submit your interest forms to the respective employers.
