ROSEVILLE, CA. (January 29, 2020) — PRIDE Industries (PRIDE) today announced the appointment of Leah Burdick as Chief Growth Officer.

 

PRIDE Industries is a nonprofit social enterprise meeting the manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and facilities service needs of businesses and government agencies nationwide while creating meaningful jobs for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment, including service-disabled veterans.

 

In her role, Burdick will lead PRIDE’s Marketing, Proposals, and Development and Donor Services teams, collaborating with Business Development to drive sales growth and create strategies across multiple lines of business sectors to grow PRIDE’s customer base and the organization’s mission.

With over 20 years of marketing, communications, advertising, and sales enablement experience, Burdick has held a variety of leadership roles, including as the Vice President of Marketing, Americas with Jones Lang LaSalle, a Fortune 500 global commercial real estate firm and most recently as Vice President of Global Marketing with Hudson RPO, an international publicly-traded talent solutions and recruitment outsourcing company.

 

Active in the community, Burdick created FosterCoalition.com, an online resource site for foster youth, foster parents, and those who wish to support children in care, earning recognition as an Angel in Adoption by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Chill Sacramento, a nonprofit dedicated to building healthy, safe communities.

Burdick earned her Global MBA (with honors) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at the Arizona State University and holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in Creative Writing and Spanish from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
