The award-winning I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair is a one-day event designed to introduce employers to qualified job seekers with disabilities, while creating a welcoming space for people with disabilities to explore job opportunities and interview with inclusive employers. We’ve partnered with local colleges, community organizations, and vocational agencies to create an event that’s unique to Sacramento and Placer counties. Here’s your chance to build a more inclusive workforce.

2025 I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair Draws 1,100+ Job Seekers
Over 1,100 job seekers with disabilities connected with over 40 inclusive employers at PRIDE Industries’ 3rd annual I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair. Held during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, this accessible event showcased the power of inclusive hiring and featured resume critiques, job application assistance, and breakout sessions offering career development information.
