PRIDE Industries was founded on the belief that each person deserves care and recognition for their unique abilities, needs, and contributions. Our Employee Engagement program is based on the truth that all people have talent, and that when people of all abilities know they are respected and have an opportunity to contribute, they can reach their full potential.
We aspire to foster every employee’s sense of belonging in the workplace. It is an intentional goal that can have a transformative effect on organizational culture, employee well-being, and overall productivity. We want to enhance our culture and create a workplace where everyone feels like they truly belong. This is what Workforce Engagement is designed for: to foster belonging in the workplace.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee‑led communities that bring people together around shared interests, experiences, or work perspectives. ERGs support inclusion, engagement, and connection across PRIDE Industries.
ERGs create opportunities for employees to connect, learn, and grow. They support professional development through networking, mentorship, and leadership activities; foster awareness through education and dialogue; and strengthen engagement by building meaningful relationships across the organization. ERGs also partner with community organizations to extend our social impact.

PRIDE Industries acknowledges that our headquarters and many of our operations are located on the ancestral homelands of the Miwok and Maidu peoples, including the sovereign United Auburn Indian Community, whose stewardship of this region continues today.
We express gratitude for the opportunity to live and work on this land and reaffirm our commitment to respectful collaboration with Tribal Nations and Native communities as we pursue a more equitable and inclusive future.
