The organization must provide high-resolution logos and branding materials as soon as possible, or by February 1, 2026 at the very latest, to kevin.lewis@prideindustries.com for inclusion in promotional and event materials. Social media posts and email promotions will be sent regularly leading up to the event. The sooner we have your logo, the more visibility it will receive.
Full payment for the chosen sponsorship tier must be made upon commitment. Payment may be made via our ticketing site, or by check. Please make checks payable to either PRIDE Industries or the Michael Ziegler PRIDE Industries Foundation.

The following sponsorship levels will have the opportunity for an ad placement in our event program.

We encourage sponsors to promote the Diamonds of Impact Gala on their respective platforms by committing to run event-related advertisements or promotions at least three times on various platforms utilized by the organization before the event date.
Each Co-Sponsor, Diamond Sponsor, and Ruby Sponsor table will include one PRIDE Industries employee with a disability and their guest, selected by PRIDE Industries. This is a core element of our commitment to inclusion and community engagement. Sponsors agree to welcome these guests as part of their table experience. PRIDE Industries will coordinate all arrangements for these guests, including accessibility needs.
Sponsors at the Co-Sponsor, Diamond, and Ruby levels are eligible for a private tour of PRIDE Industries’ headquarters in Roseville, CA. Tours must be scheduled with Tracy Snyder at least 10 days in advance and can take place either two weeks prior to the Gala on February 28, 2026, or up to one month after (no later than March 28, 2026). Each tour accommodates up to 12 attendees, including employees, family members, or guests, and lasts approximately 90 minutes with a facility walkthrough and Q&A session.
PRIDE Industries reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours due to operational needs. Photography may be restricted in certain areas. This benefit expires if not scheduled within the designated timeframe. Accessibility accommodations and special requests will be honored when communicated during scheduling.
The Diamonds of Impact Gala does not permit vending, selling, or the distribution of products/services by sponsors during the event.
The sponsor acknowledges that PRIDE Industries will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from their participation in the event and agrees to hold the organizers harmless from any liabilities.
PRIDE Industries reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the sponsorship agreement with mutual consent.
Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement shall be governed by the state of California.
