ROSEVILLE – PRIDE Industries recently achieved CIMS and CIMS-GB with Honors, a cleaning industry standard adopted by ISSA – the leading trade association for the cleaning industry worldwide. CIMS and CIMS-GB are universally accepted as the hallmark of a well-run, customer-focused, and sustainable cleaning organization.
The CIMS and CIMS-GB certification validate PRIDE’s consistent delivery of quality service, as well as its commitment to an operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while keeping sustainability in mind.
CIMS is built around six key components of management excellence; a proven foundation of high-performance, customer-focused, and sustainable cleaning organizations. The six pillars are Quality systems, Service delivery, Human resources, Management commitment, Health, safety & environmental stewardship and Green building & services.
PRIDE Industries underwent a comprehensive assessment by an independent, accredited CIMS-GB assessor who validated its existing programs. PRIDE achieved both CIMS and CIMS-GB certificate with Honors – the highest level of achievement. This enables the organization to assist customers in achieving points under the LEED-Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (LEED-EBOM) Green Building Rating System.
“This important recognition is part of PRIDE’s ongoing effort to continuously improve our operations, supporting our customers with the highest quality and best value,” says Tim Vanover, PRIDE Industries’ Director of Commercial Services.
