ROSEVILLE – PRIDE Industries, a Roseville based non-profit that creates jobs for people with disabilities, proudly announces a new custodial services contract with the City of Roseville. In partnership with the City, PRIDE assumes responsibility for 107,000 square feet of diverse use space, including the Downtown Library, Roseville Sports Center, Martha Riley Library, and Maidu Community Center.

The contract also includes custodial support at 21 Roseville Public Parks and the new Central Park Indoor Pool site, a significant new community asset which officially opened on November 1, 2009. This will create 10 new positions at PRIDE Industries, including opportunities for people with disabilities.  PRIDE’s Integrated Facilities Services division supports over 40 million square feet of government and commercial space across the United States.

“As a Roseville-headquartered company, we are happy to have earned the confidence of the City of Roseville and look forward to the opportunity to create good jobs for people with disabilities in our local community,” said Mauro Lara, PRIDE’s Vice President of Operations, Integrated Facilities Services.
