A Sacramento-Region Job Fair Like No Other
Join us for the award-winning I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair, a one-day event that brings together inclusive employers and talented job seekers with disabilities. Whether you’re an employer looking to diversify your workforce or a job seeker exploring new career opportunities, this event is designed to connect, empower, and inspire. We’ve partnered with local employers, colleges, community organizations, and vocational agencies to create a welcoming and impactful experience unique to Sacramento and Placer counties.

Over 1,100 job seekers with disabilities connected with over 40 inclusive employers at PRIDE Industries’ 3rd annual I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair. Held during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the event showcased the power of inclusive hiring and featured resume critiques, interview training, and accessibility services.

Our second annual I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair brought nearly 1,000 people with disabilities who met with 40 different employers, as well as agencies that provide employment services. The four-hour event was the first step on a new career path for many individuals, and we’re looking forward to this year’s job fair being even bigger and more successful!
