The longer you work for PRIDE Industries, the more paid vacation time you receive. Most employees initially accrue two weeks of vacation per year.. After 10 years of service, they receive an additional week of vacation. And in addition to paid holidays, PRIDE Industries offers paid time off to vote or serve on a jury, and for illness and bereavement.
PRIDE Industries offers flex time and alternate work schedules when possible, as well as part-time employment at some locations. And in addition to all legally mandated leaves, the company allows employees to take up to 30 days of time off work for personal reasons.
