Choose from multiple medical plans, all of which include prescription coverage. You can also choose to enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA), a company-paid Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and/or a Health Savings Account (HSA) with quarterly contributions from PRIDE Industries.

Paid Time Off
The longer you work for PRIDE Industries, the more paid vacation time you receive. Most employees initially accrue two weeks of vacation per year.. After 10 years of service, they receive an additional week of vacation. And in addition to paid holidays, PRIDE Industries offers paid time off to vote or serve on a jury, and for illness and bereavement.
Work-Life Balance
PRIDE Industries offers flex time and alternate work schedules when possible, as well as part-time employment at some locations. And in addition to all legally mandated leaves, the company allows employees to take up to 30 days of time off work for personal reasons.
