Commercial HVAC Maintenance & Repair

Make Your HVAC Reliable and Efficient

Why choose Pride Industries

Why is HVAC Maintenance Important for Your Facility?

Ongoing commercial HVAC maintenance is crucial for any facility that wants an efficient HVAC system without expensive and disruptive failures. A proactive strategy and an annual HVAC maintenance plan will extend the life of your HVAC and create a healthy and comfortable environment for the building’s occupants. But the importance of HVAC maintenance is not only about providing reliability. Since cooling, ventilation, and heating can be as much as a third of a building’s energy cost, an efficiently running system will also help to keep energy costs down.

At PRIDE Industries our certified, highly qualified technicians have expertise in HVAC preventative maintenance and can spot potential energy-saving measures when carrying out heating and cooling system maintenance. Keeping your system maintained means not being caught short with a shut down in the sweltering summer when the condenser fan motor fails–or having higher than necessary energy bills because the motor is running rough, and the amp draw is high. Whether it’s HVAC in a warehouse or in high-tech labs, the benefits of maintenance from a professional are clear and will provide long-term cost benefits.

FAQs

Commercial HVAC Maintenance Common Questions

Yes, when a certified technician provides maintenance of your facility's HVAC they will have a checklist to run through. A professional HVAC technician conducts thorough checks that will vary according to the type of system and whether it is an annual or quarterly check.

Commercial HVAC maintenance will vary greatly depending on the system and the size of your facility. If you would like to find out more about costs contact PRIDE Industries below.

Your HVAC maintenance should include a complete check of the system and replacement of any parts such as belts and filters that are needed. Maintenance checks are usually carried out quarterly with one of those checks being an “annual” check that involves a more extensive check of the HVAC and associated BAS if necessary.

Generally, commercial HVAC should have HVAC routine maintenance carried out four times a year, one of those four will be an in-depth annual service.

Licenses for HVAC technicians who are certified to perform work on HVAC systems will be determined by state and local authorities. In California this is covered by the Contractor's State License Board.

All HVAC technicians should be certified to work on your commercial HVAC system. Certification shows the technician has completed training and is qualified to work on HVAC systems.

HVAC preventive maintenance will not only prolong the life of your HVAC system, it will give you the peace of mind that the occupants of your facility or building will not suffer if there is a breakdown of your HVAC. Regular preventive maintenance will also ensure that your system is energy efficient and cost-saving.
