Kitting and Manufacturing Customer Communication
March 18, 2020
Dear Valued Customer,
First and foremost, I hope that you and your employees all remain healthy during this challenging situation. We appreciate your patience and support as PRIDE adjusts to keep our employees safe during this new reality. Here is how we have been addressing the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since early March, PRIDE began taking precautions to protect against the virus per the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and our local county health officials.
Anyone who felt ill was instructed to remain at home. We made hand sanitizer readily available, implemented social distancing practices, and provided hygiene instructions for avoiding illness. We also placed restrictions on travel and are encouraging telecommuting for employees who can meet customer requirements from home. We now disinfect our work environments more frequently and deep-clean in all areas of our operations.
In our manufacturing facility, we have re-engineered the production work cells to adhere to CDC and DPHO guidelines. We can also institute staggered shifts should the need arise.
Our Safety team has protocols in place to activate quarantines, closures, and cleaning and disinfection procedures based on recommendations by the CDC.
PRIDE’s Executive Team meets regularly to determine how to protect our employees and customers while also maintaining operations. We are in constant communication with our employees with reminders on how to stay safe and healthy. You and your team depend on PRIDE, and we take that responsibility seriously. PRIDE is proactively taking steps to avoid any interruptions or delays in our ability to service our customers. While we do not foresee any disruptions in our service at this time, we are committed to keeping you informed of any changes.
We appreciate your cooperation and know that together we will get through this state of emergency.
