Position Summary:
A passionate and accomplished Director of Marketing who reflects an array of diversity and who has deep experience in B2B and B2C brand and marketing strategy, competitive differentiation, digital marketing, and compelling communication abilities. You’ll be charged with leading our staffing efforts by building a strategy to acquire talent with an emphasis on people with disabilities or other barriers to employment. You’ll also lead our efforts to build our brand, develop communities, attract new customers, agency partners, and craft employer branding to develop candidate leads. Experience with developing national brands, perfecting UVPs, digital and social advertising, launching new products and services, and making a big splash entering new markets. You are flexible, creative, and visionary with the ability to uncover the unique angle, forge innovative ideas, and devise stand-out campaigns to capture market share and position us as a disruptor in the diversity and inclusion hiring and training space.

Typical Duties:
Initially, build a bench of competent vendors and outsourced talent to produce marketing output. Oversee project execution optimization. Eventually build a marketing team for Inclusive Talent Solutions (ITS).
Develop online communities consisting of our target candidate markets.
Lead digital and social marketing efforts for talent acquisition while prioritizing our target talent groups of people with disabilities and barriers to employment.
Conduct competitive intelligence and strategic marketing exercises to develop compelling marketing plans and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Execute all marketing collateral, online and offline marketing campaigns, and advertising creation for recruitment marketing and ITS.
Leverage Monday.com, a marketing project management tool, provided by the PRIDE Industries team. Collaborate with PRIDE Industries’ marketing team and other internal departments.
Conceive of and launch marketing programs for new supporting products and services.
Interpret marketing analytics and data to optimize return on marketing investment. Provide metric reports on marketing activities to senior management.
Maintain a variety of contacts throughout the community, representing PRIDE Industries at various functions and events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ten years of experience in traditional and digital marketing and communications.
Five or more years’ experience leading a marketing and communications department with a track-record of building brands, creating unique campaigns, and contributing to business growth.
Firm grasp of business and marketing strategies, knowledge of planning, negotiations, and budget management.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing a plus.
Excellent English grammar and copyediting skills. Experience creating and producing marketing, advertising, and promotional materials that drive engagement.
Supervisory skills to hire qualified vendors, freelancers, and employees; facilitate their professional development, administer performance management and disciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to make presentations.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Mathematical skills to include the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to establish priorities and solve a wide range of business, operational, and strategic management problems.
