Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipment. Employees in this job class are to maintain the upkeep of company facilities, repair broken equipment, and inspect finished projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect used kitchenware from dining and/or kitchen areas

  • Load and unload dishwashing machine and ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation

  • Hand wash specific items according to assigned procedures

  • Store and restock clean kitchenware

  • Maintain cleaning supplies stock and transfer cleaning supplies between the storage and work area

  • Keep a clean and orderly workstation

  • Comply with all sanitation and safety policies and procedures

  • Wash work tables and other food prep areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
