Our Executive Team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and focus on the safety of our employees.

All work sites have been trained on COVID-19 safety practices. I urge you to continue practicing good hygiene. It is critical that you wash hands frequently, do not touch your face with unwashed hands, and practice social distancing – – – please no unnecessary face-to-face meetings & keep a distance of 6 feet from others at work and in your community. Remember to use all required protective equipment and report to your manager and immediately if you or any other PRIDE team members have COVID-19 symptoms. Fever over 100.4, cough, and/ or shortness of breath are key symptoms.

Note that some customers are reducing or stopping work to slow the spread of COVID-19. We anticipate more work stoppages to follow due to increasing government restrictions on business operations to keep people at home. All of these measures are temporary. However, we take the disruption to PRIDE’s business and employees very seriously. We will communicate with you through your management team right away if your specific work site is affected.

For affected work sites, PRIDE HR will guide you through pay and benefits information. The federal and state governments are actively working on emergency financial benefits. The President of the United States and Congress are currently working to pass the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. For ill employees, those with ill family members, and those impacted by work reductions or stoppages, the PRIDE HR team is prepared to help you with applying for such emergency benefits and educating you how to combine them with any PRIDE benefits that are available to you.

We will make every attempt to help you remain working. However, if this is not possible, we will help you to access available sources of income based on your specific situation.
