Mary Flores

Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, Flores is responsible for developing operations strategy, governance, and managing the operations portfolio of services. She has over 30 years of experience in federal contracts administration and has an extensive background in business operations overseeing pricing, negotiation, new business onboarding, management, and program optimization. In recognition of her accomplishments, Flores received the Sacramento Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award.


Flores currently serves as the Board Chair on the Board of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the American Leadership Forum, Mountain Valley Chapter (where she is a Class XII Senior Fellow). Formerly, Flores served on the Board of Child Advocates of Placer County.
