Waltersq oversees a stellar team of rehabilitation support, HRIS, and HR leaders across the country. She leads PRIDE’s compliance activities where federal contractor, multi-state, and local employment regulations are concerned.
Walters oversees PRIDE’s AbilityOne contract compliance program, and HCM core system functionality. She is responsible for leading union contract negotiations, salary planning and performance management systems, policy development, and employee relations. She also oversees talent acquisition strategy, onboarding, and training efforts for new startup operations.
Walters has more than 20 years’ experience in human resource management and personnel development, including supports for individuals with disabilities.
