As Chief Rehabilitation Officer, Vic leads the design, implementation, and delivery of a broad range of human service programs that prepare, train, and place individuals with disabilities into jobs within PRIDE Industries and its business partners. During his time at the company, Vic has developed a large network of community agencies that work alongside PRIDE Industries to deliver essential services to multiple demographic groups. He’s also increased the number of businesses that partner with the organization in employing people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
A Passion for Justice
Vic has over 35 years of business and social service management experience, including expertise in manufacturing, distribution, and the delivery of program services. He has been a staunch, lifelong advocate and defender of disability rights, working with legislators in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento on measures and regulations that increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Vic is an active member of the California Disability Services Association and the ACCSES organization, which represents more than 1,200 disability service providers nationwide.
Vic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. He is a graduate of the Sacramento State College of Continuing Education APICS program (Material Management) and the CSUS Leadership for the New Millennium program. He loves to hike and watch sporting events. Vic is also a fan of historical fiction.
