Housing Referral System -- PRIDE's original Housing Referral System (DoDReferral.com)--As a value added service to our military customer at Travis AFB, PRIDE's IT team developed a housing referral system to allow on-line access to rental availability for housing in and around military installations. The system helps our moving
military members transition easier and faster into their new duty station. This system is the foundation to the AHRN.com application and is still in active use at Travis AFB and at all military installations on the islands of Hawaii. PRIDE's nimble and resourceful technology team manages over 30 websites for various internal and external customers, supports over 500 internal PRIDE users nationwide, maintains a 98.5% uptime record while ensuring that
industry best practices in security compliance are adhered to.

Developed by PRIDE's IT team, this system is hosted and managed by our IT department. We also assist in the marketing, implementation and ongoing support of this nationwide program.
AHRN.com currently supports 76 military installations and over 500,000 military members searching for off-base rentals, on-base housing, roommates and homes for sale. The system connects property managers and landlords with military members and military housing offices providing an unparalleled ability for military members to find housing faster and easier before they relocate to their new duty station. AHRN.com currently provides over 85,000 listings to military members and saves the Federal Government millions of dollars in temporary lodging and storage expenses in addition to thousands and thousands of labor hours. The AHRN system also increases morale for military members and gets them back to mission readiness as quickly as possible while saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in time and unreimburseable moving expenses.
