Transition Services

PRIDE Industries' Transition Services team is focused on helping transition-aged students, 18-25 years old, achieve successful employment after exiting school. Students with disabilities develop personal and vocational skills to ease the transition from school to work and enjoy lifelong career opportunities.

We offer comprehensive services centered on self-determination, employment preparation, and job placement to facilitate student-driven transition planning aimed at high school completion, higher education, vocational training, or employment. Students can transition to a variety of work opportunities at one of PRIDE's local sites, at a supervised offsite setting, or through individual employment in the community.

Our Transition Services staff collaborates with high schools, educators, parents and families, community organizations, and employers to ensure success for each individual student. We provide both transition planning and transition services.
