Vocational Rehabilitation / Work Activity Program (VR / WAP)
Person-centered planning to facilitate transition to individual or group community placement. Collaborative case management between Department of Rehabilitation and Habilitation. Services include:
- Vocational evaluation
- Job exploration
- External situational assessment
- Personal, vocational, and social adjustment
Group Placement
Person-centered planning to support employment in the community with four to eight individuals with disabilities.
