Vocational & Independent Living Programs

PRIDE Industries’ Vocational and Independent Living programs are designed to help people with disabilities overcome employment obstacles and succeed in the workplace. PRIDE provides services to individuals with a wide range of disabilities, adopting a person-centered approach that involves individuals in developing their unique goals and plans.

Our focus on employment outcomes has proven to be a successful model for the individuals we serve, the businesses who partner with us, and the communities we share.

We designed our service continuum to meet each individual’s needs and interests, providing assessments, career planning, training, placement, on-the-job support, follow-up and case management.

Our vocational rehabilitation services adhere to professional and ethical standards established by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), California Department of Rehabilitation and California Department of Developmental Services.
