Responsible for oversight of base wide operating support services on military installations nationwide. Nelson has more than two decades of professional experience in the military sector, supervising facilities and utilities operations on military installations across the country. Nelson is an Air Force veteran with 24 years of active duty service.
Vice President of Rehabilitation Services
Responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of rehabilitation programs for diverse populations. Mendy has more than 25 years of experience in developing and implementing programs for people with a wide range of barriers to employment, in multiple states. Mendy is a board member of Cottage Housing.
Vice President of Quality, Environmental Health and Safety Programs
Responsible for development, implementation and oversight of the corporate quality, environmental health and safety programs nationwide. Wickersham has more than 27 years of diversified experience managing quality, evaluation, standardization and training programs on military installations, nationally and internationally. Mr. Wickersham is an Air Force veteran with 23 years of active duty service.
Vice President of Risk Management
Responsible for the design and implementation of strategies to evaluate and reduce corporate risk while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Mr. Laperche has more than 25 years of diversified risk management experience in construction, government and information technology. He holds an MBA degree and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Vice President of Human Resources
Responsible for all human resource management aspects of new service startups across the country, including personnel recruitment, referral networks, training and development, employee and labor relations, policies, procedures and practices, as well as coordination with local, state, and federal government agencies. Walters has more than 20 years’ experience in personnel development and human resources management, including supports for individuals with disabilities.
