PRIDE in Louisiana

In each of its markets, PRIDE Industries strives to be a valued and contributing member of the community. In Louisiana, PRIDE Industries employs more than 200 individuals, including over 110 individuals with disabilities providing custodial services on a GSA contract in New Orleans, and base wide facilities services through a Directorate of Public Works contract at Ft. Polk.

Our collaboration with the Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS) helps to facilitate employment placements of Louisianans living with disabilities, while our membership in the Leesville Chamber of Commerce, the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce keeps us in touch with the local community.

As an employer, a taxpayer, a contractor and a nonprofit organization in the region, PRIDE strives to positively impact the communities we share. In Louisiana, PRIDE is proud to have:

• Supported local vendors and sub-contractors with payments nearing $3 million between 2009-2010
